Design for the Edge Lab of Evolutionary Genetics at USC. The logo is inspired by a figure from Schiffels & Durbin and shows how the relationships among 4 copies of a genetic sequence can change as you move along the genome.
Design for the Rushworth Lab in the Department of Biology and Center for Ecology at Utah State University. The logo represents the grids that field researchers use to achieve a sample size with different populations of ecological and genetic conditions.
Design for the Coughlan Lab in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Yale University. The logo depicts the lab’s primary research subject.
Design for Fine Structure LLC, an engineering consulting firm. The logo represents the differences in coarse and fine energy bands between electrons within an atom.
Design for the Fitzpatrick Lab in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Texas A&M University. The logo depicts the primary animals the lab studies with relation to secondary sexual characteristics.
Design for Chispa Consulting, a consulting firm focused on battery cell development and creating inclusive work cultures. “Chispa” means “spark” in Spanish, and the design reflects the focus on battery safety and the ability to start conversations and connections that the founder brings to her work.
